Lisa Davis Wells

Lisa Davis Wells joined Morton PLLC in 2006. She previously practiced with two large law firms in Dallas, focusing mostly in the mergers and acquisitions area.
Lisa graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in 1989 and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa in 1993, where she was a teaching assistant and a member of the Energy Law Journal from 1992 to 1993.
Lisa is also a member of the Texas State Bar as well as the Dallas and American Bar Associations.
