Ariana Held
Attorney and Counselor
Ariana Held joined Morton PLLC in 2007. She previously worked with two prestigious law firms in Dallas and brings with her over eight years of corporate, securities, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures experience.
Ariana graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. and received her Juris Doctor in 1994, graduating cum laude. She was on the Dean’s List from 1992 – 1994 and was a member of the Tax Lawyer. Earlier, in 1991, Ariana earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, graduating with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin.
Ariana is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association.
